Client Intake Specialist (Law Firm)

Want to assist employees illegally treated by their employers in a fast-paced and supportive environment? HKM Employment Attorneys LLP is currently seeking remote independent contractors to assist to work as Intake Specialists to join our team. You'll be responsible for providing the first impression of our law firm by talking with potential clients and gathering the necessary information before passing the information to our attorneys. You'll have an opportunity to talk with, empathize with, and assist employees throughout the day and help the firm in understanding which employees have valid legal claims against their employers. We are looking for someone with customer service experience (phone support, 5+ years), typing skills (at least 60 wpm), a desire to assist employees, an enjoyment of speaking on the telephone, strong interpersonal skills, and a friendly, helpful, professional, and empathetic attitude and excellent attention to detail. Fluency in English speaking and writing a must. This is a remote position. And in this position, you can work from home, anywhere in the world, and you can work when you want. You choose your hours and the days you work. The only thing you need is a good attitude, a phone, a computer, and an internet connection. Additionally, you must take feed back well and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills. We will pay you for training. You will receive $10 per completed intake. Intakes generally last 10-20 minutes, but can be longer or shorter. Additionally, you will receive .33 for every time that you call a potential new client but are unable to complete an intake, and you will receive an additional $10 for each client that signs up for a legal strategy session with our office. You can make $30+ per hour.
