Research Assistant for Documentary

We are in the pre-production of our poetic science documentary Dawn of Hearts and need a research assistant to find and clear the rights for academic study videos. In our film, a medical doctor will explain several aspects of the heart, circulation and the blood. We need to find clips that visualizes what he talks about. You can find more information about the film on our homepage: [login to view URL] Your tasks are as follows: - Get in contact with relevant researchers, scientists, universities, etc. to find the needed film clips (We can provide some contacts so that you can start right away) - Get in contact with the relevant rights holder of these clips and ask if we can use them in our film (We will help with writing the emails) - If usage is permitted, then acquire the videos and upload to our cloud storage Some of the film clips we need are: - blood cells in macroscopic close up in the capillaries - angiograms with heart and aortic arch during pumping action - a specific recording of a Harvard study from 1931 Ideally, you have a medical, academic background and are fluent in English.
