I'am reaching out to express my highest interest on this position. I was a customer service representative (inbound/outbound calls and emails) for 5 years. I was a virtual assistant as well to an Australian company, what I mostly do is creating Invoices for all employees, process time sheets, entering data to CRM, reconciling files, formatting cv's and upload to Jobadder, responding messages to LinkedIn, etc. I already had some admin and virtual assistant jobs and it went well, please check my profile for reference.
