Need one best Sales person from India to handle my leads

Hello, I need one sale persons for making calls and respond to customer queries . Filed : Indian Stock or Share Market. you must have some basic knowledge about this. Work description : we are new company for Stock Broking /Share broking in India and we want to promote our service . you have to make direct calls to customer given numbers and follow up with them till the account opened. You will guide the customer to how to open our account online ,what are the the documents needed for a new account ,what docs he had to upload for verification as well as tell him about our charges ,brokerage etc . he or she must well versed in english & hindi as well I will pay a fixed payment and a commission on each successful conversion .
