Seeking a full-time virtual assistant (VA) for an Amazon e-commerce business. Skills required: - Excellent written and spoken English - General familiarity with the Amazon platform - Willingness to learn advanced techniques - Reliable and hard-working - Loyal, trustworthy and committed to a long-term partnership - Excellent customer service - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel - Good numeracy (ability to understand charts and calculate profits) - (Adobe Photoshop knowledge beneficial but not essential) - (WordPress knowledge beneficial but not essential) Tasks include: - Searching for new suppliers - Searching for product opportunities - Evaluating product opportunities - Evaluating keywords - Analysing Amazon search results and product pages - Analysing supplier websites and catalogues - Ordering stock - Communicating with suppliers - Writing emails to suppliers and customers - Creating product listings and product campaigns - Presenting product opportunities - Responding to customer service complaints - Other tasks Must be available 9am - 5pm UK time with constant access to a good internet connection.
