Virtual Back office Team Needed... 13 Representatives... High Speed Internet Excellent English in Central or South America ONLY

We are currently using back office staff in the Philippines we have 13 representatives there and we grow about 2 per year.. I would like to speak to you about your capabilities and skills of your staff for a dedicated team that is isolated... meaning they must be in their own room without others seeing their work. What we do is very confidential and cannot be overseen by others. We need a true staff not temporary but an actual team that wants to grow into managers and teach others after they learn how to do it. We will start off slow with 2 or 4 team members and see if they can hack it. We are a staffing company. So we need 2 marketers/sales professionals with experience generating B2B leads. 2 Recruiters / Trainers that are very friendly helpful and want a career. 4 Staffing / Intake customer services professionals to manage incoming email, fax, data entry, phone calls, outbound calls. 4 Support Members that deal with all of the problems our clients have and make sure they leave with a smile. and 1 Accounting person to process invoices, process AR, and AP. We will need these and more to come we need dedicated people that want to work hard and want to have fun. This is a full time dedicated team, this needs to be your job and you need to love it.
