Migration from SAP to Workday Program Manager project leader for Finance HCM Senior Projektleiter Workday • Ort: remote und in München • Projektstart April, Vertrag 6 Monate + • Auslastung: 100% Meine Aufgaben • Sie übernehmen die Projektleitung für Einführung Workday auf Kundenseite • Sie sind für die Migration von SAP nach Workday verantwortlich • Sie moderieren und stimmen Geschäftsprozesse mit dem Business und dem Implementierungspartner ab und stellen die Integration digitalisierter Prozesse auch mit salesforce sicher • Sie erarbeiten lösungsorientierte Anpassungsprogrammierungen (Extentions) gemeinsam mit den internen Usern und externen Dienstleistern • Sie koordinieren die externen Dienstleister Meine Qualifikationen • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, insbesondere im Bereich Anpassung/Rollout von Softwarelösungen mit • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von Workday (Finance, HR, Professional Services Automation) • Sie können ein Projekt agil in Sprints führen und die notwendige Governance aufbauen • Sie verfügen über betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis • Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke mit ausgeprägtem Beratungsverständnis • Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (fließend, Business Englisch) • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
