55087 Need One-Way Backlinks

I'm interested in acquiring one-way links to my site. (I do not want reciprocal links.) The following conditions apply: 1. Simple text links, not redirects, or dis-allowed by [url removed, login to view] (In other words, no sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.) 2. Linking page must have a current PR of 1 or higher. 3. No more than 30 outgoing links per page where my link appears, unless PR is high (4+). 4. Max. 60 links on any linking page. 5. Content, of linking sites, MUST be related to my site. 6. You must provide an Excel or HTML list of link URLs 7. Link must remain active for at least 1 year. 8. The ability to see the URL where my link is placed in order to verify the anchor text as well as the validity of the site. 9. Site must be google PR sites ( no grey sites, or PR 0) 10. I can always reject a link. 11. Links must come from unique domains and C-class IP addresses 12. You must not bulk e-mail thousands of webmasters asking for links. 13. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus) 14. I do not want site-wide links. 15. No FFA, message board, blog spam, link farm, web ring, software-submission or black hat offers. Payment will be made from escrow in full at the completion of this assignment. One very important note: I realize this is a tough list above. This purpose of this project is to find someone that I can work with long-term. I have many sites that need links. This project is only for one site as a test. If I like the links that you acquire for me, I prefer to work with you for many of my other sites over time. One more note: I am NOT interested in 5,000 links in one weekend.
