20802 one-way links travel

I need more traffic to my website. So I'm going to try one-way links. How about at least 50 inbound, one-way PR3 links from quality travel sites to my site [login to view URL] I provide recommendations global travel phones. I am an affiliate for several global travel cell / satellite phone companies that rent phone to travelers. I would like links from USA sites only. Here are some areas to focus on... Student travelers Teacher travelers Business travelers Family travelers Christian travelers Jewish travelers Sports travelers Travelers to Asia including China and Japan Europe including U.K, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey Middle East, including Israel European vacations Luxury travelers Diplomats Travelers on government business Travelers on international trade tours Group tours I need a reliable link builder to help secure good links. Requirements: 1. The page the link is added must be cached and read by Google and be PR 3 or greater. 2. Links must be added to sites we don't already have a link on. Checking backlinks on Yahoo.com. 3. The page the site is added to can't have the word “link” in the file name. (i.e. [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.) 3. Links must be from related sites - No links from pills, porn or poker type sites please. 4. The links must be permanent. 5. No commercial web rings or automated link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 6. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links. 7. Links from guest books, blogs, forums, newsroups, FFA, link farms are not acceptable. 8. The linking page has to have no more than 20 outbound links. 9. One link per domain and all sites must be hosted on different class C IP addresses. 10. All process should be honest and manual. We discourage the use of automated linking software. 11.
