Amazon vendor integration API and inventory control

I need you to develop some software for me. the app/software will be able to gain access to vendor central on Amazon, when orders are received, download orders and organise the goods per size/product from this it should be able to create a assembly list to manufacture create the products. when goods are complete, each product is barcoded. Then for each order as we pack the individual order using a barcode scanner, the goods are checked off the original order to make sure the entire order is packed, and should be able to create individual packing lists for each box the goods are packed in. for example if we have an order for 200 different products and they are say packed in 5 boxes, then the software should be able to check off the entire order, and give a breakdown of how it is packed per box to print off. All data for this will be provided on an excel spreadsheet of 1200 products. not sure on budget so open to all offers with further development. so this is what is required: Amazon Vender Central Api login Amazon order download Amazon order upload with packing list Inventory management of 1200 products or more via Excel spreadsheet.
