Bicycle Lock

Hi, We need a lock for bicycle which should have numbers on top so when customer book the bike online the app will show them the number and by putting that number in the lock they can unlock the bike and can use it and by the end of their journey they can simply lock the bike with in bike stand. The lock should have a modem, GPS module, Blue Tooth module (if necessary), an accelerometer plus microprocessor and associated circuitry to control the above, and operate the locking mechanism. Software would enable the unit to upload information to our app every minute all the time the bike is moving and give the final location when the bike stops. The design of the lock should also have tracker in it so we can see if someone is moving the bike while it is locked. The battery is the main concern at the moment we need our bike to be visible on the screen for 24hrs so if someone tries to steal the bike we can track the location of it.
