I need a developer who can build a machine learning based lip sync [login to view URL] reference, I need a model which can give better results than wav2lip [login to view URL] The model should receive an input video and input audio, the model shall process the video such that the actors lips in the video sync with the input audio.
Deliverables :
1) A machine learning model and code
2) model should only take input video and input audio as inputs
3) model shall not fail if face is not detected for some video frames
4) output video quality should be high(1080p or more)
5) The model shall generalize to all videos, and not be much affected by lighting, faceshape color etc
6) output should be similar quality of - [login to view URL]
