Amazon script to request spot EC2 instance and if spot instance not available, launch a regular instance from the most recent image of a previously spun up instance. The "Recent" image should be identified based on the timestamp of all images that match certain name. Amazon script to shutdown EC2 instance and create an image upon shutdown. This image will be used again later when another instance needs to be spun.
