Captive portal with SMS login to access internet

I want to provide free WIFI access for guests in exchange for name and mobile number We want to install an access point (I have Mikrotik but I am open to suggestions) where guests can login to surf the web for free. Or, if possible a cloud based solution. So, prior to their access, guest must login by fill in their Name and mobile number, they get OTP, user enter the OTP and he can now use the internet. Need an option to store information store with no duplicate mobile numbers. Retrieve the information for marketing. On a second visit, it should automatically retrieve the session or with another device the guest can login again. Customers has a limited access time (Example, 1/2hr and they get Blocked for Example, 2Hrs). Limit the download speed. All access password for the owners of the business to use the internet without any time limitations. You may choose any hardware.. I’m not sure there’ll be limitations on the router option. If you accept this project: I would like to receive an estimate of the total price, an end-date. The 2 things that are most important to me is good communication and reliability.
