to develope a front end application system which can use via Rosetta, Modeller, EM Fold to find protein predictions.

The interface system will predict proteins by using Rosetta, Modeler, EM Fold. The system will follow the following guidelines; project needs to be complete in c and c++. The system will allow user to upload Amino-Acid / DNA from local storage. The system should allow user to input Amino-Acid / DNA sequence in a text bar. The system should be able to translate DNA to Amino Acid Sequences. The system should validate if sequence is DNA. The system should validate if sequence is Amino-acid. The system should reject if sequence is neither DNA or Amino-acid. The system should allow users to select preferred techniques for protein modeling. The system should allow users to submit to more then one server simultaneously. The system should allow users to provide a parameter. The system should validate parameter by sending it to prediction technique. The system should allow the user to enter an email address to deliver the results. The system should allow users to enter specify starting time to modeling. The system will produce a 3D Protein Model. The system should allow the user to have an option for preferred output destination. The system will show the users level of progress. In case of error, the user should be warned.
