An error ocurs when the code using Speech sdk in web api project. message on server: An error has occurred. message in local:System.AggregateException. But on some computers the code work but not for all. Common error : Connection failed (no connection to the remote host). Internal error: 8. Error details: 998. Please check network connection, firewall setting, and the region name used to create speech factory.
