i have game source pubicly released last 2010
it supports only driectx file .X files
but the animation from
models
are separated in two files
namely
.bin ( animation container )
and
.cfg ( animation parameters)
i want the tools or 3ds max script
after i export
it cant automatically
extract the 2 parameters
namely the .bin and .cfg
from .X files
if the model is not .x file
it can convert its parameters
after exporting to
game compatible
i have the source
if you can do it
i will give another project to you
which is file encryption

i used panda exporter to export the image and animations
to .x files
the tool that need to be created in this project
is the one to extract the animation data from .X file
thats
.bin ( animation container)
.cfg ( animation configs)
all can be seen in source code
SAnimation.cpp
SAnimation.h
and other data inside xDMeshs
