Hi, I do have experience of developing similar tool in Microsoft Excel with all features except dragging bars. Using same application logic, I can transfer my tool in .net with feature of dragging duration bar. Following features were included in Excel version. *Show chart in 3 formats (Day, Month and Quarterly) *Manage Dependent tasks. *Minimal Delay analysis. *Manage proposed time and actual time. *user friendly forms for operations like managing depndents and data entry. I can show a snapshots of my Excel tool. Thanks
