Image recognition program using Machine Learning

I need a python expert who has experience working with Machine Learning and Image recognition. I have a raspberry pi 3, with a camera set up to see small objects at close up. The object will be the same, but come in different lengths and different colors and sometimes different shapes, but for the most part, the shape is roughly the same. I need a program, that is able to categorize these images based on shape color and size. In addition the object needs to be marked with a red line at the middle. These objects can come in at different angles and directions, the code needs to take this into account. This program needs improve and learn as more images are processed. The picture is taken when I hit a button. The program then marks the image with the red line This program then should allow me to accept, reject, or edit. The edit should allow me to move, resize the line
