Microtik expert

Good morning, My goal is to create and learn how to manage a configuration on microtik hap lite router or other basic model of microtik router that allows me to provide my customers with pre-configured routers to be connected directly, through a network port to the router already existing at their homes or offices. The microtik routers will need to be preconfigured in such a way as to: 1) be reached by customers through the hot-spot function which must include several pre-configured users and pre-configured timings (for example, user "user1" must have an hour of connection per day). 1b) the hot-spot function, after authentication, must refer to a landig page where I can insert a message that may contain formatted text and images. 2) have pre-configured users with restrictions (perhaps with opendns?) That prevent access to adult sites but also the viewing of videos not suitable for children on youtube or other social networks. 3) be able to be configured remotely so that I can update the configuration for my customers (is this possible?). The configurations must be created in a truly solid and expert way, so as to avoid having to intervene with assistance or modifications on the routers supplied to customers. Ultimately I am looking for a person, who speaks in Italian, English or Spanish, who can support me and instruct me so that I can manage my project independently. For my project "microtik hot-spot with landing page, filters and remote configuration" please indicate the hourly cost and how many hours do you think are needed, to create the configurations and teach me to create and use them, bearing in mind that I am already capable to administer the microtik interface and move in the menus and I have already created a hotspot with opendns filter and more users with daily timings.
