I need software or tool able to create a catalogue in JPG images from an Excel file.

I have an Excel file with the database of the products that must be on the catalogue images, when I enter that Excel file the program should take the images from a folder database (each image has the same name as the product id) and put them on the catalogues images including the product ID, Price and description. SPECIFICATIONS On the parent folder IMAGES, I have some folders 2x4, 3x3, etc. Each folder contains images of products. The software should check the products on the Excel file and create the catalogue image using the template according to the folder where it took the image, for example if it takes the images from the folder 2x4 it will create the catalogue image of 8 products (2 columns x 4 rows). So at the end it will create a lot of different catalogue images with different distribution of the products according to the templates. In the case of LARGE images the software will distribute the images according to its Height of each image, so the catalogue image can contain 7, 8, 9 or other. The catalogue image should be good definition, so if I make zoom to the image looks clear, you can recomend me the size. It must generate a report in excel of the products id that the program didn’t find on the folder database, so I can add to the database. The images should be in secuential number from left to right and from up to down. The Price text must be in bold Images on the folders have the same size, 2000x1500 and for large images all are 2000 width and the height changes. I should be able to choose the folder where the catalogue images will be created.
