(VB6) Pull Data from Text File (.txt) on the web and Add to Combo box

Hi Guys, I'm after a solution to read a text file on the internet which has multiple lines for example: [login to view URL] is the file name and inside it has the below Microsoft Windows 7 Microsoft Windows 10 Microsoft Office 2016 The above information then needs to be added to a combo box on a VB6 form. Ideally i dont want the file to be saved just read from and then added to the combo box, this file will change frequently so i need the code to read direct from the URL and not cached on the hard drive.
