Quake 3 Engine Modification (Reposted)

I require a freelancer to write a simple C+ game modification for the game Soldier of Fortune 2 (Based on the Quake 3 Engine) Please ONLY bid if you have experience in making Quake 3 based mods and have a solid understanding of the Quake 3 engine, I will test you prior to awarding the project so don't waste yours or my time bidding if you haven't worked on Quake 3 before. I will provide the concept ideas and source code for you to work from as a base. It's a relatively simple mod and someone with experience should be able to do it fairly easily in a few hours. It has been done before but the guy that done it won't release his source code so that's why I need someone to make it in my source code.
