Drag and drop Project or Resource onto Gantt
Text and or email from screen (changes to Resource schedule) must include Project details.
Flag clashes with duplicate allocation
Option to have reminder on To Do list per day.
X2 Gantt calendar views by days (hours not required)
• X1 View by Project name timeline/schedule view – Project name and resources allocated by
day - can be more than one resource per project day
• X1 View by Resource - allocation to Project
Resources can be manpower or equipment
Drag and drop and on screen manipulation of time frames
Multiple allocation of resources to project time frame with logged paper trail of changes made.
Flag if resource over/double booked.
One user will be wall mounted touch screen.
Excel Gantt being used at present - see attached
Fixed price for phase 1 (Local server and multiple users and read only users)
Source code to be supplied with annotated build description.
Future support for add-on's and rate per hour.
Possible development to cloud based application with smart devices.
