Stand-alone app written in C#, listing the stock status/price of products from website

I need a stand-alone app in which numerous URLs (thousands) can be passed in for products from a major US Retailer website. The app will return the item price AND will return true/false for the ONLINE stock status. It will need to disregard the in-store stock & in-store product price. Standalone app written in C# - There should be an option to write output to CSV. Requirements: 1) This MUST be written in C#. Nothing else will be considered 2) The app must use web requests ONLY - NO browser or headless browser usage. 3) No API / 3rd party API usage. All work must be done in the code. 4) We want all code turned over to us to tweak in the future. 5) You must have exception ratings, feedback and history of completing C# projects successfully on FREELANCER.com If you cannot meet every one of these requirements, don't waste your time bidding.
