Hi, Since you want desktop based video encryption, so I must know how the videos are bing played and from which source ? If they are being played from any URL then we can make an HTML5 custom player. We can recommend this software to be developed in C#.net for security purpose. The video player will accept videos from certain web addresses and will be played after being buffered.
