XML to Fannie Mae 3.2 convertor

I need a library that will read and write FNMA 3.2 files. This library will also return the number of errors, if any, while parsing/reading the file. All fields must be supported, and an appropriate object model created that matches the data in the file.? This utility will run as part of a web application so it will need to be thread safe. Required development language: Node.js developer must understand the FNMA 3.2 file format. ## Deliverables Project Details: I have residential loan application data that I need to share with others. We will do this via a FNMA 3.2 file. The library needs to have an object model that my application can populate and then call a method on an object that will write the data correctly to a file.I will also need to be able to read the FNMA 3.2 file, and get not just the loan application data but all data that can be stored in the FNMA 3.2 file. I expect that I could call an object's method to read a file and return an (complex) object containing all of the data.I will write JUnit test cases for my acceptance testing. I expect that the developer will use testing to validate the functionality before submitting to me for acceptance testing.
