Hello there,

i'm looking for one that can do a few things for me in Visual Studio.

I have created the design on how i want it to look. What i'm looking for?

Chat Application, i want the chat application to have the following:

Chat between 2 people.

Chat name in font of text, example: Shelby: Hello there

Shows Friend list, online friends will be shown at the top.

Search for people.

Add friends.

Delete friend .

Block friend.

Nonfiction System so when a guy add you, it will popup with a sound and a icon with the number of nonfictions you have.

In the chat, i want it to look like steam, example: [url removed, login to view]

Second i'm looking for one that can make my Application online, with that i mean you need internet connection to access the application, now when i don't know how to do this myself would it be awesome to find someone that could help me out, the price depends on the work, it can grow alot, if the work get done perfect!.
