Do not display TANGENT EDGES on the orthographic views. Make a new layer for dimensions and centerlines with a color of your choosing. Add center marks and center lines as necessary. The ¼-28 threaded hole should have a thread depth of .50 and a tap drill depth of .61. Use a complete thread callout in your drawing. Size hole A to mate with a ∅. 3152 ± .0004 shaft with a maximum interference of -.0002 and maximum clearance of .+.0005 Specify the following geometric tolerances: • The bottom of the part is Datum A and is flat to .001 • The back of the part is Datum B and is perpendicular to the bottom to .002. • The right side of the part is Datum C and is parallel to the left. • The 60-degree angled surface requires an angularity tolerance of .007 to datum A. • Add the parallelism tolerance noted on the drawing.
