Identify load bearing walls in a flat and create a report

I want to get some work done in my flat. This requires knocking off one small wall and making a door through another.
This project is for a structural engineer to visit and tell us if these walls are structural or not and create a report that explains the findings for these two walls.
In the case that second wall is structural, we would want report to contain suggestions of how to build the door through it, if possible at all.
This project is only about the inspection and the report - no construction work is in the scope of this assignment. That will be undertaken separately based on the report from this project.
