Hi, I have been working as SystemAdmin/DevOps role in many years. So, I think I can help you to figure out the kind of this issue. Also, I would like to have a chance to support and maintain a long-term contact. Regarding to your issue, to know exactly what is the root causing the issue (CPU load >=7) I think we should need to ssh/login to the server and do some troubleshoot tools in Linux to see what is the top consuming resources and then we can fix the issue if finding out the source.
