Dear Sir, Its most likely that you have setup the VPN server to use the IPsec or IKEv2 protocols based VPN solutions. Since Dubai has tightened its ISP controls, many VPN are getting blocked or running with very slow bandwidth. Have you tried also adding SSL VPN feature to your Anyconnect VPN services, it might bypass the UAE governmental restrictions. Also, changing the encryption technology and key sizes might also help you bypass the government restrictions. I have not worked with Cisco ASA devices, but have experience configuring the Site to Site VPNs and Client VPNs using WatchGuard, Sophos, SonicWALL. If you have a GUI based setup like the Cisco ASDM on your Cisco VPN Server, then I can check and solve this issue for you soon. Hi there, This seem like an exciting project and I believe I know exactly what is going on. I know you said you already had a Server you were using as a VPN hub/Server and that you already had a VPN tunnel through Etisalat Networks successfully configured on it. Can you tell me what type of VPN Server/Hub you have? Also, what type of AnyConnect subscription do you have? Is it a 1, 3, 5 years or a perpetual license?
