demand letter

I was referred by a business partner to build a deck for some lady. she put a stop payment on a check and is not trying to pay me. I wrote a demand letter (see attachment) but i think it would be better if we could pay an attorney to send one instead. All the pertinent details of the situation are in the attachment Would prefer an attorney from California if possible
