Sales Followup Calls: No Cold Calls (Construction Industry) $$$

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, persistent account manager/sales person who understands the value of a ground floor opportunity and has the energy and willingness to put in the work to reap the rewards. We are a fun, dynamic fast-growing fast-moving SaaS company wanting to grow our Independent outside Sales Specialist, with a "Hunter" mentality. We are an integrity filled company with a sharp focus on customer service and retention. This is a position for a motivated individual with 2-6+ years of proven sales experience. It’s not required but it is strongly preferred that you have experience in the construction software or construction industry. You will be your only constraint in this position. We specialize in full-service Construction Management Solutions to the small to mid-size construction companies. This is a ground floor position with a company that is expanding rapidly. Compensation includes Salary to start (Draw), Commission and Annual Bonus if sales goals are met. Requirements: • Strong English skills – if English is secondary language, it should be good enough that the customer does not mistake you as someone working at an Indian call center • All Leads will be provided to you and come organically from our website • Proper follow up and log activities within company CRM system • Understand and deliver on Customer needs • Maintain excellent customer reviews • Execute activity levels for calls, meetings, quotes, and new opportunities added to the sales funnel each month • Meet monthly sales quotas • Follow up with clients • Quite home office (no barking dogs, crying babies or screaming spouses) • Phone or computer microphone (for making calls) • Microsoft Outlook • Prompt communication is expected and required with team members, leads, and customers Job Type: Full-Time Requires a minimum of 20 hours each week. Lots of flexibility means you can start work as early as 8AM EST and finish as late as 6PM EST. Experience: • Construction Background (Preferred) • Strong Computer skills • Proven Record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (Required) Job Overview: We will spend the first one-two months working with you and teaching you the basics of how our online software helps contractors manage their projects. During this time we will also teach you how to use our CRM program so that all notes, calls, and tasks can be documented. Although you are working from home, you are not alone. You’ll be able to chat with other team members to instantly have any questions answered. Once trained, you’ll be able to use that knowledge to sale the service to contractors. All leads that you contact are people who have come to our website and indicated that they are interested in our service. These are not cold-calls so you can expect a welcomed response and high conversion rate. During the call, your main focus will be to understand the problem that the contractor wants to solve and determining if our system has the potential to resolve it. Based on that, you’ll either be able to signup the lead for a free one-on-one demo with another team member or get them to signup for a free trial. Commission, sales goals, and other forms of compensation will be discussed in the next conversation.
