my 5 years of experience in the Hotel Booking Agency/Sales industry as well as my experience of being a Freelance
VA doing project management, customer support/service, email and chat support, lead generation, appointment
setting, social media management and more makes me a right fit for the job.
I'm up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project
management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (ringcentral, vicidial and other
dialers). I have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and I'm
knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) and more but still, I am very much
willing to learn and grow.
