hi I have seen your project and it's very interesting kind of work for me because I am working in a BPO company where I do same work, customers services inbound calls, and outbound calls, with US and UK customers. as well as with Indian people. I know very well how to manipulate customers and understand their situations. I know you are looking females but if you want pure work than I can give you, that's why I am biding. I am good at it. I know word, Excel, and many others computer software.
