Telemarketing outreach to set list of 60 clients to a) introduce them to an offer, and/or b) book appointment

I'm looking for someone to call 60 clients in a list. We have the company and phone number, but not always an appropriate contact. The goal is to be able to meet with them to discuss their needs. We have a one-time offer setup to help break the ice with a corresponding landing page about it. There is a Case Study they can read to find out more, and we have electronic profiles that can be sent.

I need someone with extremely good English, and gets results while still being kind and courteous. It may take an initial phone call, with follow ups. We can send items in the mail if nothing else works.
