Create me a 3D Revolving Video or Motion Graphic

We work in exercise rehabilitation and I need a short, immersive, 3D Revolving Video or Motion Graphic.
The video / graphic can loop and should last 30 seconds, ideally it will have a sound loop to add to the effect that the viewer is moving. (Think being on a roundabout, spinning round and looking outwards).
It should start slowly and then rotate at a constant speed that has the ability to induce dizziness, slowing at the end.
The brief may be interpreted and displayed in any way the designer feels may work best. E.g. A room that spins, inanimate objects passing through field of vision etc.
It should rotate Left & Right only NOT Up & Down - Again similar to a roundabout, rather than a rollercoaster.
It should be reversible, so it may be displayed moving L-R or R-L orientation. Or two similar videos / graphics may be supplied, one for either direction
This will be displayed on a smartphone in a basic VR headset - Ideally the designer should test this to ensure the above effect works - Have fun ;) !
