I am an experienced 3D character modeler. Typically a character creation process takes 7-10days. If you have a concept that is already finished and approved then I can take one of my "gen-man" characters and modify its topology to match your concept in a day. There will be no time for re-iterations so its important to have an approved concept to start with to speed the process along. My proposal would be to start with "gen-man" to get the look of the character then create the necessary clothing. I have a lot of assets in my library already that I would use to speed up the modeling of clothing and accessories needed for the project. Thank you for your consideration Jon
