particle outline animation of walking lion

Hello I need a short 5-second video made of 2 parts: 1. A walking lion (2 steps) and then look at the camera The lion body and face will be shown only as glowing outline made of particles (no inner details) 2. the lion particles turns into an image (That I'll provide) of a coin (with blowing sand like movement) See attached of a draft concept Notes: The video needs to be with an Alpha layer. Ending small details will be discussed later. I'll also want the source files. at least 1 round of fixes will be a must. Please feel free to ask for clarifications Thank you very much
