Hello, After reading the project description, we have decided to bid on this project. Important thing to note: We can do everything regarding the 3D visualizations, we are very confident with that part of the project. ***Regarding the architectural drawings, we can do conceptual level drawings (idea solutions) 1st stage of every architectural project. On this drawings you will have layouts for all the floors (plan views) as well as elevations for interior where needed and sections for the hotel. But they are not as detailed as "shop drawings" and are not "ready for construction" drawings. We avoid doing shop drawings (drawings that are ready for construction) as we are dealing with a lot of different countries when we do projects and we are not able to know all the laws for each country. Thus we cant guaranty that the drawing would be of use for you if you cant submit it to the local council. However we can work on a level of shop drawings with all the details required but we cant guarantee that those drawings will be accepted in your local council do to the difference in laws. * Price above is for the project with conceptual drawings included. But if we are to do shop drawings, we will need to re-price the bid.
