I own a large barn located in central Ohio, USA. It was build around 1840. It is structurally sound and in fairly good shape. I plan to use a local architect to prepare in 2D an "as build" set of drawings for the timber frame of the building. I would like to work with a skilled designer to prepare Sketch Up 3D drawings of the barn after it is rehabilitated. I want to be able to visualize various design scenarios for the interior and exterior of the barn as I go thru the redesign and reconstruction process. I will be able to post photographs of the barn as currently built, and the interior structure. The intent is to make the barn safe and attractive for group meetings, events and parties. Currently, it is very popular in America to hold weddings in nice, up-market barn venues, and this is my objective. If this process interests you, please let me know. I am willing to work with any nationality and/or gender, but I do request good skills in English, promptness, passion for the project and detailed accuracy. Eventually I would like to be able to produce simple construction drawings of the 3D Sketch Up model.
