I have attached photos of three different houses that are all next door to one another. I need someone with creativity to look at these photos and provide me with a rendering for each on how you think they should be remodeled. Each houses foundation will be leveled. Ideas: new paint, new windows, new roofs, new doors, new columns, new porch designs, new handrails, awnings, shutters, planters, simple & clean but beautiful landscaping etc. We want them to have their own subtle differences in look but blend together nicely so that they could look like a package or individuals. They are in a historic downtown area and could be used in the future for residential rental homes or office commercial use. We want something fresh and creative but something that will keep with some of a historic charm. On the smallest home (Photos labeled 205) we will be raising the roof line to the taller height. On the green house (Photos labeled 209) we do anticipate removing the screen door but keeping and sanding down the wood and glass front door and the two side glass light panels as they are in good shape. We also may add a bedroom on the second story of the green house so add a dormer window in the middle of the second story roof that ties in with your design scope.
