I am Joe, and I am a software developer in oil and gas industry. I have been involved in 3D software project from design, implementation to delivery for oil and gas customer. Those softwares could read, export, simplify 3D models from OBJ/DWG/DGN/DXF 3D file formats. For your problem, I am quite confident to handle the DXF (1GB file) as I can reduce the 3D geometry in that file. However, due to my computer hardware limitation, I could not do the FBX file. That is why I quote you the lower end of the price bidding. If you could send me the DXF file, I am happy to convert it for you. For the FBX file, I could offer you some suggestion on reducing the file via video call or private messaging. Thank you.
