I need a 3D modeling artist

I'm in need of a good Maya or 3Ds artist to design and model me a two small to medium sized scenes I'll need for a project I'm working on. (It's Sci-fi)
What's needed is designing, modeling, lighting and rendering to match the art style I already have in other scenes. All files must be rendered in 1920 by 1080. I have references for the scenes but you'll need to add some creativity as well.
One of the scenes is quite small and consists of a shower room on board a spaceship. One scene is a bit bigger but still not super huge. It consists of a bar/lounge on a spaceship. I have references for this one that you'll need to use while modeling.
I must note, each scene will need broken up and rendered in multiple layers (base render, maya vector, lights, glow) so that it can be put into Photoshop and then into After Effects because these scenes will serve as backgrounds in a cartoon series I'm working on.
Once I choose an artist, I can send some sample files from other projects I've done to give you an idea of how the files need to be broken up and put into Photoshop but we'll discuss that more when I find an artist and they're working on the job.
It is important that you have Maya Vector or a similar 3Ds max renderer!
If interested, please send me some sample work you've done with Maya before for modeling and rendering. It will help me make a decision on which artist to use. The price on this will vary since one scene is smaller than the next. For the shower scene, we'll do $100 and for the larger bar scene, we'll do $200 since there will be glass bottles and glasses, that require good lighting.
An NDA is required for this project and if you think the project will take longer than a week, updates would be required at least every two days. (Too many artists start projects and then drop off of the face of the Earth and that's inexcusable).
