Timestamp and Transcribe 4 YouTube video's

Hey freelancers, I have a 3 research videos on youtube which are 40 mins to 1 hour. I require every time I ask a question for it to be timestamped in a list and sent back to me when complete. Only questions asked by the moderator need to be transcribed not the answers.
I need to present them to a client at 9am uk time tomorrow.
