Danish tester - 22 weeks, Slough, UK

VMC Consulting is expanding its pool of experienced freelance translators to work on world-class quality projects. We provide translation, localisation, quality assurance and localisation testing for a variety of companies including those in the games, mobile and software industries. We are looking for TWO native speakers of Danish to work in our Slough offices to work as part of our LQA (Linguistic QA) team, helping to test a great PC and mobile game for a fantastic client. This work is to start ASAP and will last around 22 weeks. The tasks will include: - Testing games on a PC and mobile device for Danish linguistic content - Bug reporting and regression testing - Daily communication with project team and project lead Who we are looking for: - You must be a native speaker of DANISH and be fluent in English - Ideally you have background with software or games testing, or a background in translation - Must be proactive and able to learn quickly - An interest in games is highly appreciated, and experience with translating games would be wonderful - A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality This work is based in Slough, UK.
