translator/editor from Chinese to English

Burboff language Services ([login to view URL]) is a Language service company based in Hong [login to view URL] proudly provide language service for government organizations and multi-national companies. Now we are looking for translator/editor to join our ongoing project for internet Chinese novel translation. The project is to translate multi-million words mandarin (simplified Chinese) internet novels into English. We have huge amount of tasks coming therefore we need more qualified translator/editor to join us. Detailed job description can be found as follows: 1- Job title: translator/editor for famous Chinese (simplified Chinese) Internet novels (historical, mystical etc.) into English. 2- Job type: Long-term SOHO work, you need to sign a one-year contract, which can be renewed. We are only seeking translators/editors who are interested in translating Chinese novels as a stable career. 3- Translation speed requirements: At least 2,000 characters per working day. For editors, at least 4,000 characters per working day. 4- Language proficiency requirements: Both translator and editor must be native English speakers.
