Unity developer for long term Web3/Blockchain project

I am currently looking for a good quality Unity game developer for a long term Web3 project. It will be until the end of the year, minimum. Most likely ongoing after that for updates and upgrades. Experience developing for Web3 projects is not required, but is a big advantage. It is also a VERY big advantage if you are happy to be paid in stablecoin (USDC) or equivalent. A contract will still be provided for both parties to sign and adhere to, to ensure complete transparency and accountability of promised funds and work. Attached you will find examples of the style that the game will feature. The game will be a semi-free roam with a battle mode attached. (similar to the style of Pokémon games).
