Hello we can build it for you using Django (Python), and React and we will use Channels to implements multi sessions, we build application not fully simler it's very very simle 3D editor in web application i can show you some images in chatbox. in Your application we will enable to ecport and import .obj files as you want and edit etc..., But yeh i think we need more details in chatbox I'm waiting you.
