Hello, feet tracking can be achieved using a camera and Computer Vision with relatively low latency. The frameworks to use would be Unity3D and the ARKit. The app would wait for a user to get close enough and then display an interface to select footwear from your catalog and be superposed over the tracked feet. For this Proof-of-Concept I would include 3D models ready to be used, but also leave a mechanism to upload new items so that you will be able to add your own catalogue.
